VIBRANT is based off of the latest research in wellness for women, plus Sam's 15+ years of wellness work, and includes:

- 12 weeks of Live, weekly support from Sam on the Group Q&A Coaching Call - 1 per week (45 minutes via Zoom) 

- 12 Align & Flow Yoga classes - 1 per module, (60 minutes each)

- 12 Group Mindset/Strategy Sessions - 1 per module (30 minutes each)

- 12 Group Coaching Q&A Session Recordings - 1 per module (30 minutes each)

- 12 Nourish & Balance Yoga classes - 1 per module (60 minutes each)

- 12 Strength Builders class - one per module (30 minutes each)

- VIBRANT Personal Wellness Strategies Workbook

  • All 12 modules are available on demand to work at your own pace; Sam recommends aiming for one per week.
     
    Purchased separately, VIBRANT would be valued at over $2,000.  However, Sam is happy to offer it for $497 instead, less than $45 per module. (There's also a monthly payment plan option of $179 per month for 3 months also available.)
     
    All sales are final, due to the nature of the program.  If you are unable to attend, please reach out to Sam as your registration may be transferable to another program.
